William David Huggins passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2020. Memorial services will be held out of town at a later date.
Mr. Huggins was born December 15, 1951 in Columbia, South Carolina. He was a retired commercial truck driver.
Mr. Huggins is survived by his wife, Deborah Huggins of Forsyth; children, Rhonda Gossett (Brian) of Culloden and Michael Pippin (Amy) of Culloden; sister, Vivian Luke (Jimmie) of Columbia, South Carolina; three grandchildren, Caleb Turnbow, Pearl Turnbow and Andrew Pippin.
Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
