Wesley Lewis Potts

Wesley Lewis Potts passed away Sunday, October 24, 2021 at his residence. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 27, 2021at Forsyth City Cemetery. Rev. Mark Goolsby will officiate. Due to COVID-19 there will not be a formal visitation. 

Wesley was born August 22, 1983 in Macon, Georgia.  His father, Kenneth Edward Potts, his brother Joel Potts, and his companion Monica Williams preceded him in death.  He was previously employed as a land surveyor.

Wesley is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Ann Mitchum of Macon; grandparents, Peggy and Harley Martin of Byron; uncle, Marvin Potts of Forsyth; aunt, Ellen Foster of Byron; cousins, Jayme Swain, Casey Cochran, Zoe Potts, Zachary Potts, Raelynn Cochran, Baleigh Cochran, Lenora Swain and Luke Swain; and numerous other family members.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to donor’s favorite charity.

Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
