Suzanne Waldrep Reeves

Suzanne Waldrep Reeves passed away Monday, September 28, 2020.  Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 3, 2020, at Fairview United Methodist Church Cemetery. Rev. Charles Dumas will officiate. Due to the COVID-10 pandemic there will not be a formal visitation.

Suzanne, the daughter of the late George Walker Waldrep and Betty Marguerite Watson Waldrep was born January 31, 1941 in LaGrange, Georgia. Her daughter, Meg Reeves preceded her in death.  Suzanne was a 1959 graduate of Mary Persons High School.  She was retired from the Georgia Department of Corrections and was also a licensed realtor.

Survivors include her daughter, Anne Woodward of Savannah; brother, Jimmy (Sandra) Waldrep of Forsyth; and nephew, Walker Waldrep of Forsyth.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Fairview United Methodist Church, C/O Susan Long Pearce, 137 Fairview Church Road, Forsyth, GA 31029 or to The Methodist Home for Children and Youth, 304 Pierce Avenue, Macon, GA 31204.

Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
