Susan Jackson Ussery

Susan Denise Jackson Ussery passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2018. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 25, 2018, at Maynard Baptist Church. Rev. Matthew Bishop will officiate. Burial will be private. The family will greet friends following the service at the church. Susan, the daughter of the late Carl Savage Jackson and Ivelyn Dale Peacock Jackson was born August 28, 1959, in Warner Robins, Georgia. She was retired from GE Capital. Susan was a member of Maynard Baptist Church, serving on numerous committees and was a volunteer for the Pregnancy Center. Survivors include her husband, Hammer Ussery of Juliette; children, Tabetha Jones of Byron and Lacy Ussery of Juliette; sisters, Shirley Dixon (Edward) of Macon and Sherry Wohner (Randy) of Rural Hall, North Carolina; four grandchildren and one great grandchild.Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
