Susan Lynn Flanagan

Susan Lynn Flanagan, 61, of Forsyth, Georgia, passed away on June 25, 2026. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia on March 14, 1965, to the late Larry Wallis and Patricia Wallis Simmons.

Susan loved her family more than anything and cherished the time she spent with those she loved. She found joy in the simple things in life, including relaxing and watching her favorite television shows.

She will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends for her caring heart, love of family, and the special memories she created with those around her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Susan is survived by her husband, Robert G. Flanagan of Forsyth; son, Patrick W. Flanagan of Forsyth; sister, Patti Wallis Kendrick of Washington; aunt, Cathy Owen of Washington; uncle, Joel Berrong of Washington; and numerous cousins.

In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by her stepfather, Don Simmons.
