Kristen C. Lowry

Kristen Coleen Lowry, age 52, of Forsyth, Georgia, passed away on June 27, 2026. She was an amazing mother, sister and friend.

Kristen was born on September 4, 1973, in Hollywood, Florida to the late Roger and Brenda Glisson Lowry. She loved her soap opera, Days of Our Lives, and dolphins. Kristen was considered the family meteorologist. She would call and text any bad weather coming in.

Kristen was preceded in death by her father, Roger Kent Lowry and mother, Brenda Glisson Lowry. She is survived by her son, Cameron Lowry; brother and sister-in-law, Keith and Susan Lowry; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Dan Reinke; partner, Danny Moss; nephew and family, Brandon and Emily Reinke (kids – Brantley and Layton); nephews, Chris Reinke, Channing Lowry, and Jaxon Lowry; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 17, 2026, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel, with Pastor Jessie McDill officiating. Burial will follow the service at Monroe Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends following the burial at the home of Brandon and Emily Reinke.
