Jonathan Oghosa Obasuyi

Jonathan Oghosa Obasuyi, 4 years of age, of Macon, GA, passed away Monday, February 27, 2023.  A graveside service will be held Saturday, March 11, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Monroe Memorial Gardens.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation, 1575 Northeast Expressway, Atlanta, GA 30329.

A very happy and positive boy, Jonathan knew how to seize the moment. He was energetic and engaging and was very self-aware for his age.  He loved to pray and had a calming influence on his family.  Jonathan was an inspiration to his family.

Jonathan is survived by his parents, Osahuemwenmwen and Juliet Obasuyi; brothers, Obadiah Seth Obasuyi and Jadon Obasuyi; maternal grandmother, Mary Osemwenkhae; uncles, David Osemwenkhae and Edward Obasuyi; and aunts, Kehinde Obasuyi and Rachel Obasuyi.
