JoAnn Biggs

JoAnn Biggs, 76, of Forsyth, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.

Born in Atlanta, Georgia, on March 21, 1950, JoAnn was the daughter of the late Hiram Paul Buffington and Mary Hendon Buffington.

JoAnn was a wonderful mother and a loving person who cherished her family above all else. She enjoyed dancing and found great joy in being a stay-at-home mom and housewife, dedicating her life to caring for her loved ones and creating a warm and happy home.

JoAnn will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Wayne Biggs; daughters, Carolyn McCoy and Ginger Biggs; grandchildren, Brooke McCoy and Zachary McCoy; brother, Paul Buffington; nephews: Matt Buffington, Milton Biggs, Todd Biggs, Scottie Biggs, Alex Walker and Tim Reagan; and nieces, Gin Youngblood and Tamika McMullen.
