Jeffrey Ronald Jackson

Jeffrey Ronald Jackson, 62, of Juliette, Georgia, passed away on Monday, September 14, 2026. A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at East Juliette Baptist Church. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service.

Jeffrey was born in Milledgeville, Georgia on September 9, 1964, to the late Gerald Andrew Jackson and Carol Short Jackson. He was a 1982 graduate of Mary Persons High School.

Jeffrey worked as a logger with his family’s business, Jackson’s Logging. A hard worker all his life, he took pride in working and providing for his family. More than anything, Jeffrey loved spending time with his family and especially enjoyed making memories with his grandchildren.

Jeffrey will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his love for his family, and the time he shared with those closest to him.

Jeffrey is survived by his children: Jarod Jackson of Buford, South Carolina; Leighanna Waddell of Social Circle, Georgia, and Samuel Jackson of Juliette, Georgia; seven grandchildren; wife, Susanna Fountain of Juliette; and his stepchildren: April, Megan, and Brooke.

In addition to his parents. Jeffrey was preceded in death by his son, Matthew Jackson.
