Janice Edgar Bryant

On Thursday, April 22, 2021, Janice Edgar Bryant passed away at the age of 66 at her residence in Macon, GA.

Janice was born on April 2, 1955, to Reuben Roger and Mary Lydia Corbitt Edgar in Macon, GA. She attended school in Macon and worked in flooring and construction industry. Janice had a passion for spending time with her family and friends.  She enjoyed the beach, reading, decorating, and gardening. She was known for her infectious smile, giving soul, and caring heart.

Janice was preceded in death by her parents, Roger and Mary Edgar.

She is survived by her daughters, Brandi Nicole Smith Hartness (Matthew Palmer) and Jada Lydia Bryant, her three grandchildren, Thomas Keith Hartness, Callaway Jan Hartness and Mary Corbitt Hartness, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at the home of Brandi and Matthew, at 2:00 o’clock p.m.  The address is 1498 Maplewood Dr. Macon, GA 31210.

A private memorial will be held.  She will be laid to rest next to her parents at Riverside Cemetery.

Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
