Janet Waller Whitehead was born on February 11, 1977, in Macon Georgia to Joseph Benjamin Waller and Nancy Carolyn King Waller. She is predeceased by her father.
Janet attended Monroe Academy and was a Mary Persons graduate. She then attended Gordon College and studied Business Administration. She got interested in the medical field while working at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. She then attended Georgia College and State University and graduated with a nursing degree and worked at St. Jude Medical with pacemakers. She later earned a Nurse Practitioner's Degree at the University of Alabama and went to work with Central Georgia Heart and Vein Center in Macon and loved this field. Later she went to work at Emory University and left in 2022 due to her health.
Janet fought a courageous five-year battle and gained her crown on October 31, 2022. She will be missed by her Mother, Nancy; sons, Maddox and Eli, and her stepson Brody (Tessa). She is also survived by sister, Jennifer Davis; Kandi Fort, of Opelika, Alabama; Kelly Spraggin of Opelika, Alabama; aunts, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends that gave her a lot of care and love in her last days.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 4th, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.at Monroe County Memorial Chapel.
A celebration of life will be held on February 11, 2023. Time to be announced later.
