Dr. Matthew Wayne Frazier

Dr. Matthew Wayne Frazier, 43, of Forsyth, Georgia, passed away on July 17, 2025. A visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 27, 2025, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be private.

Dr. Frazier was born in Brunswick, Georgia on November 4, 1981. He graduated from Mary Persons High School in 2000 and attended Gordon College where he graduated Summa cum laude. He received his Doctorate degree in Pharmacy from the University of Georgia, where he graduated Magna cum laude. He owned a successful compounding pharmacy, Your Corner Drugstore, for ten years.

Dr. Frazier is survived by his wife, Leslie Osborne Frazier of Forsyth; children: Grayson Thomas and Sutton Thomas; mother, Liisa Frazier of Bolingbroke, Georgia; brother, Dr. Michael Kristopher Frazier (Jaimie) of Rochelle, Georgia; nephew, Lane Kristopher Frazier of Rochelle, Georgia; and many aunts, uncles, and extended family.

Dr. Frazier was preceded in death by his father, Michael “Mikey” Frazier.
