Donald H. Brown passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 2, 2018, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel with burial in Monroe Hills Memorial Gardens. Reverend Steven Johnson will officiate.  The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, June 1, 2018, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Donald, the son of the late Norman Horace Brown and Lilly Pearl Williams Watts was born November 1, 1939, in Atlanta, Georgia. His wife, Irene Neal Brown and his step-sons, James Everett McTyre and Joel Lucas preceded him in death. He was retired from Lucent Technologies. Survivors include his step-son,  Bobby D. Cole, Jr. of Roswell; half-sister, Betty Reese of Juliette; half-brothers, Kenneth Watts and Jerry Watts of Forsyth.Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
