Buford Donald Weeks

Buford Donald Weeks, age 93, of Macon, passed away on January 2, 2021 at the VA Center Ole Timers Lodge in Dublin, GA.

He was born in Eastman, GA to the late Irene Lowery Weeks and Otis Weeks and was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Jean Weeks and 5 Siblings, Pauline McCranie, Drexel Weeks, Lucille Mullis, Floye Mae Dasher, and Sherrill Weeks.

Buford is survived by a daughter, Donna Cook (David) of Griffin, GA and a son, Greg Weeks (Jaymie) of Macon, GA, 3 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

He worked in sales for most of his life and retired from Sears.

He was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses with the Northwoods Congregation in Macon.

Services will be private.

Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of local arrangements.
