Bradford Freeman, Jr.

William Bradford Freeman, Jr. passed away Saturday, September 23, 2017. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at Forsyth City Cemetery.  Rev. Darris Baker will officiate.  The family will greet friends the day of the service from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m., at Monroe County Memorial Chapel.  Mr. Freeman, the son of the late William Bradford Freeman, Sr. and Edna Merle Smith Freeman was born November 6, 1939, in Forsyth, Georgia. He was a retired business owner, a pilot, a volunteer fireman for the City of Forsyth, served on Forsyth City Council for several years and was a member of Forsyth United Methodist Church. He was a veteran of the United States Army.  Survivors include his children, Brad Freeman, III (Janet) of Forsyth; Kara Berrier of Vilonia, Arkansas and Lori Trull (Mike) of Millersville, Maryland; sisters, Margaret Patterson of Atlanta and Miriam Louise Freeman (Larry Hamilton) of Asheville, North Carolina; grandchildren, Morgan, Will and Wes Freeman, Anna and Drew Trull, Tyler, Noah and Emily Berrier.  The family may be contacted at the residence 126 Mornside Drive, Forsyth, GA 31029.  In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Forsyth United Methodist Church, 68 West Johnston Street, Forsyth, Ga 31029 or to Heartland Hospice, 3312 Northside Drive, D250, Macon, GA 31210.Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
