Bob Hunt

Robert Elton “Bob” Hunt of Forsyth, Georgia passed away Sunday, July 10, 2022, at his residence. A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, July 14, 2022 at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Burial will be private. His wishes were to be cremated.

Bob was born August 8, 1935 in Arabi, Georgia to the late Kermit Johnson Hunt and Nora Emma Vaughn.  He was retired from Local Union #72 and was a veteran of the United States Navy. 

Bob is survived by his children, Marsha Goode (Chris) of Forsyth, Pamala Strawn of Forsyth, Bonnie Hunt of Lizella and Jodi Jarriel (Brian) of Forsyth; seven grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to The Methodist Home, 304 Pierce Avenue, Macon, GA 31204.

Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
