Amanda Pierson Swearingen, 43, of Eatonton, Georgia, passed away on November 15, 2025. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:30 a.m., prior to the service. The family request donations in her memory to be made to All About Animals Rescue, 101 Riverside Drive, Macon, GA 31201. Born on March 8, 1982, Amanda was the beloved daughter of Merrill and Margie Pierson. She graduated from Mary Persons High School before attending Gordon College and the University of Georgia. She dedicated her career to serving others through her work with the North Central Health District.

Amanda lived her life with joy and passion. Her presence lit up every room, and her quick wit and laughter brought happiness to those around her. She cherished time with her friends and family, especially at the outdoor pavilion she and her husband, Chuck, lovingly created together. Amanda found her greatest peace on the lake, where she spent countless hours with Chuck, their dogs, and loved ones. She enjoyed traveling and was always up for an adventure. She delighted in cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.

Known for her kind and generous spirit, Amanda was always ready to lend a hand to anyone in need. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and compassion that will continue to inspire all who knew her.

Amanda is survived by her husband, Chuck Swearingen of Eatonton; daughters Harley and Logan Swearingen of Forsyth; granddaughter Fallon Grizzard of Forsyth; parents Merrill and Margie Pierson of Culloden; brother Travis (Kim) Pierson of Culloden; sister-in-law Tracey (Myron) Purser of Forsyth; brothers-in-law, Mike (Kerri) Swearingen of Forsyth and Glen (Betsy) Ford of Barnesville; aunts, Beckie (Joey) Nichols of Cumming and Melodie (Mike) Page of St Mary’s; uncle Bobby Pierson of Culloden; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
