VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTEJean Lee Bennett passed away Saturday, March 18, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 24, 2017, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Entombment will be private in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Chaplain Rod Callahan will officiate.  The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, March 23, 2017, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel.  Mrs. Bennett, the daughter of the late Donald and Florence Lee was born July 25, 1933, in Tekonsha, Michigan. Her husband, James H. Bennett, SMSgt (Ret) preceded her in death.  She was a military wife, a real estate agent in Warner Robins for twenty-seven years and a sixteen year cancer survivor.  Survivors include her two daughters, Linda Bennett of Forsyth and Carol Menke (James) of Forsyth; four grandchildren, Nora Gibson (Kris) of Bonaire, Amanda Freeman (Brent) of Forsyth, Amy Duke (Floyd) of Forsyth and Scott Menke (Shannon) of Forsyth; eleven great grandchildren, Tyler Gibson, Kasey Gibson, Madison Bunnell, Nicholas Bunnell. Madison Gibson, Taylor Black, Kadie Freeman, Blake Freeman, Floyd Duke, Jr., Liam Duke, and Jack Menke; sister, Joanne Rossman of Mattawan, Michigan; niece Judy Versalle (Mike) of Mattawan, Michigan, nephews, John Rossman (Faye) of Phoenix, Arizona, Tom Rossman  of Mattawan, Michigan; and great niece, Danielle Fox (Tim) of Phoenix, Arizona.  In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Susan G.
