Betty Gibson Craig

Betty Gaynell Gibson Craig passed away Saturday, December 24, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 28, 2016, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel with burial to follow in Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery, 4 N Bethany Road, McDonough, GA 30252.  Pastor Don Ferrell will officiate.  The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 27, 2016, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel.  Mrs. Craig, the daughter of the late Grover Clarence Gibson and Jewell Francis Moore Estes was born January 26, 1937, in Zebulon Georgia. Her husband, Robert Jenkins Craig, Jr. preceded her in death.  She was retired from Days Inn.  Survivors include her children, Deborah Edge of Forsyth and Mike (Karen) Craig of Canton; brother, Melvin Gibson of Forsyth; sister, Carolyn Elrod of Douglasville; four grandchildren, Kayla White, Austin Crawly, Gracie Craig and Joshua Craig; many nieces and nephews.  To view this live at the time of the service or at a later time please visit: http://citylinktv.com/channel/forsyth-monroe-county-memorial-chapel/  Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
