Lucy Webb Wagner

Lucy Webb Wagner of Forsyth, GA passed away on December 14, 2016 at the age of 99.  She was a long time member of the First Baptist Church of Forsyth.  Twice married:  Walter Little Webb of Forsyth, deceased and William A. Wagner of Watkinsville, GA, deceased.  She taught in the Monroe County Schools for many years.  She is survived by two daughters and sons- in- law.  Patricia Webb Ricks and Coleman Ricks, Anne Webb Powell and Gerald W. Powell. Four grandchildren:  Cole Ricks, Scott and Sandi Ricks, Missy and Mark Penland, Elizabeth Powell Marshall.  Three stepchildren:  Bill and Kaye Wagner, Mary and Kenneth Perryman, Bob and Linda Wagner.  She is also survived by five great grandchildren, Tristan Ricks, Chandler Ricks, Austin Ricks, T. J. Marshall and Christoper Marshall  The funeral will be held at the First Baptist Church of Forsyth at 11:00 AM, Monday, Dec. 19, 2016, with burial in Forsyth City Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM at the Church.   In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the First Baptist Church of Forsyth, GA.  Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
