Mark Andrew Hammond

Mark Andrew Hammond passed away Saturday, August 20, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 25, 2016, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel with burial in Monroe Hills Memorial Gardens.  Rev. Roy Hammond will officiate.  The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 24, 2016, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel.  Mr. Hammond, the son of the late Roy Hammond was born October 19, 1952, in Ben Hill, Georgia. He was employed as an industrial equipment mechanic.  Survivors include his wife, June Hammond of Barnesville; children, Jody (Alicia) Hammond of Barnesville, Pamela (Richard) Mcallister of Forsyth, Tracey (Steve) Paul of Barnesville and Cody Hammond of Macon; step-children, Nicole Bragiel of Barnesville, June Bragiel and Loren Deangles of Chicago, Illinois; mother, Virginia Hammond of Whitesburg; sister, Dale (Danny) Scott of Whitesburg; brothers, Roy (Sheila) Hammond of McDonough, Stanley (Marsha) Hammond of Jackson and Tony (Sandy) Hammond of Douglasville; fifteen grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.  To view this live at the time of the service or at a later time please visit: http://citylinktv.com/channel/forsyth-monroe-county-memorial-chapel/    Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
