Forsyth . . . Jackie Daniel Jackson passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2015. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Forsyth City Cemetery. Rev. Ricky Niblett will officiate. The family will greet friends from 5:00 p.m., until 7:00 p.m., Friday, November 20, 2015, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Mrs. Jackson, the daughter of the late Charles Jack Daniel and Violet Frazier Daniel, was born July 23, 1930, in Forsyth, Georgia. Her husband, Walter Lee Jackson, and her sister, Mildred Sanders preceded her in death. She retired from Lawson and Cromer Drug Store, was a member of Second Baptist Church and attended Monroe County Schools. Survivors include her children, Randy and Beverly Jackson of Forsyth, Marsha and Denzil Davis of Houston, Texas, Anne and Calvin McCain of Jones County and Merrie and Joe Johnson of Forsyth; seven grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
