Charles Vernon McMullan Charles Vernon McMullan passed away Saturday, March 7, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 10, 2015, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Rev. Mike McMullan will officiate. Burial will be private. Mr. McMullan, the son of the late Jeff Little McMullan Sr. and Lillie Mae Driver McMullan was born October 7, 1943, in Forsyth, Georgia. Survivors include his brothers, William Gordon McMullan and Thomas Michael (Paula) McMullan of Forsyth. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
