Max David Parker Forsyth . . . Max David Parker passed away Monday, January 20, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 22, 2014, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel with burial in Forsyth City Cemetery. Reverend Danny Parker will officiate. The family will greet friends at 2:00 p.m., the day of the service until service time. Mr. Parker, the son of the late William Edgar Parker and Ethel Estelle Moss Parker was born June 18, 1952, in Calhoun, Georgia. He was employed with Our Family Foods in Monticello. Survivors include his daughter, Brandi Parker of Forsyth, brothers, Danny (Nettie) Parker of Forsyth and Ernie (Jill) Parker of Blaine, Washington, sisters, Elese Smith and Beverly (Ben) Cochran of Thomaston and sister-in-law, Frances Parker of Plainville. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Southern Care Hospice, 5233 Riverside Drive, Suite E, Macon, GA 31210 or to American Cancer Society, 804 Cherry Street, Suite A, Macon, GA 31201. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
